    an inexpensive cab ride to a quiet hotel... the nighttime view was delightful!
    5 smiles WONDERFUL
    husband and have stayed here at least 5 times since last year the help is fantastic the casino needs to be updated with more machines. Keno would be nice also they allow your pets in The hotel rooms and they are spotless you would never know someone had a pet in the hotel room .The help fantastic we are booked for may of this year for 2days if you have pets and want a place that is spotless safe and help is fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Reno .     1 smile Look to Another Hotel
    The open parking area is right behind 3 strip bars. The swimming pool had a ickky color of brown to it - it was located outside by the back doors - not safe if alone. The hotel rooms were medocare.. in addition not great for the cost we paid. Older Hotel in a not nice neighborhood - for the same money, stay somewhere else with more to offer.
    3 smiles Yucky Neighborhood
    A marginal neighborhood adjacent to the train tracks in a industrial part of town and about a mile from the core casinos - not a safe walk. the hotel room was okay,the entire hotel is ready for a remodel. The saving grace was the employees who were nice and accommodating even going so far as for calling and paying for a cab in the early morning prior to airport shuttle service! Unfortunately, while waiting for the a.m. taxi the receptionist had to shoo off a vagrant in the lobby. Regardless of the great personnel, wouldn't stay here again...

    The casino at this property is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Management has no idea of how to diffuse volatile situations in a reasonable manner. Instead, they choose to directly insult and defame people. Not the way to win friends and influence customers. I'll not be going back and neither will the people was with.
